MOST DETERMINED EMPLOYEE AWARD

The Most Determined Employee Award is always given every year through an assessment poll by all Indonesian Footwear Industry Development Center employees. The assessment of outstanding employees at BPIPI in 2020 is based on several criteria, namely: discipline, the attitude of integrity, cooperation, productivity, and neatness. From the requirements above, there are several names of employees who fall into this category, including:
1) Fitriana Handayani from the Education and training section
3) Wahyudi from the design and development section
3) Wahyudi from the design and development section
4) Doni Kriswanto from the design and development section
5) Sugianto from the administrative sub-section
6) Arju Kosasi from the administrative sub-section.

All BPIPI employees will then assess the names included in the exemplary employee category through a poll on the link provided. The assessment was carried out from 4 to 6 September 2020, and will be announced on 7 September 2020. From the evaluation that has been carried out, the highest poll for the 2020 exemplary employee award was won by Fitriana Handayani from the Education and training section, who obtained an index score of 4, 78 with a maximum scale of 5.

Monday, 28 September 2020, the Head of the Indonesian Shoe Industry Development Center, Mr. Heru Budi Susanto, gave an award to exemplary BPIPI employees in the 2020 period which was held in the BPIPI Hall and attended by BPIPI employees who carried out WFO (Work Form Office). "Hopefully, the exemplary employee award at BPIPI can motivate other employees to further increase their productivity, integrity, and discipline in carrying out their work," said the Head of BPIPI.
